Ed has specialised in Project Management for the past 25 years, having had his first experience of IT development projects in 1968.
He continues to lead development projects and has always maintained a strong focus on assimilating the myriad of methods and techniques that are the foundations of successful projects. Working at LBMS he had an early involvement in structured PM methods, he pioneered the practical implementation of PMOs into large corporates, and also taught PM and Leadership skills to many blue-chip organisations.
For the past 15 years has specialized in the project management of third-party product implementations in European commercial and public sector organisations. During this time he has maintained a continuing focus on processes and techniques related to project management, test management and the interaction between functional and system processes.
Ed currently practices as a Principal Consultant at SCITUS GmbH a Frankfurt-based management consultancy specializing in Integrated Projects and Treasury Expertise.
